Message	Which members currently use the product without issue and which do not, I'd love to see them. You know perfectly well that more than 5 total ditched the fan and shroud. That's why you won't give an honest reply on the number of customers who still use this product, the actual failure rate and why you need to make ad hominem attacks instead of responding to the issue.
